Kestrel's Mentoring Program

We have identified four areas that are critical to the success of our individual employees and our company. Every team member has a mentor/advocate to ensure growth, development, and productive engagement in each of the four areas. These mentors work with individuals to develop and maintain a career plan, including training and pursuit of desired assignments, developing client relationship and customer service skills, and interpersonal and productivity techniques.
